From 26 to 28 September 2017, UNIDO hosted the 2nd annual “BRIDGE for Cities – Belt and Road Initiative: Developing Green Economies for Cities” event in Vienna, Austria. Organized jointly by UNIDO and the Finance Center for South-South Cooperation (FCSSC), the 2nd “BRIDGE for Cities” event aimed to advance the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals and the New Urban Agenda. Altogether, the event attracted over 650 participants from over 136 cities across 67 countries.
